About

So why did we decide to start this site? Well, if you’ve been an avid watcher or follower of Oprah Winfrey, you would realise that her contribution over the last few decades has been immense. The news of her stopping her amazing Oprah Talk Show left us shuddering to think of what may fill that slot on daytime TV!

Through her Philanthropy, and Spirit as well as her ongoing desire to help others, we believe that its time for us to do something for her. This site is a tribute to all things good about Oprah and will follow all the highlights of her career, the ups and downs, and all the things we have come to love about Oprah Winfrey.

I know that Oprah has helped me with many personal struggles. She has helped in my relationships, and in money matters, and more than anything, is a great entertaining and all round amazing woman. She is truly a great role model for all of us: asian, black, white, tall, short, fat, skinny, male and female.

Our book idea is titles The Oprah Tribute – From The People. We will be finalising this before her last show in 2011, and will have it ready to present to her then. All of your stories, anecdotes and comments will be entered into this book (Likely to be a very heavy, leather bound book – the most expensive I can afford!) which will be given to her on her parting from The Oprah Show. If you would like to be a part of this, just find out more by clicking  on our How Oprah Changed My Life link and emailing us!

We can’t wait to hear what you have to say about Oprah. I believe that as Oprah fans, we should band together and let her know how much we love and care about her, and all her contributions she has made. Help us to build something special!

If you would like to talk to other like minded individuals, visit our official forum at www.theoprahforum.com or click on the link at the very top of this page anytime you are browsing the site to go straight there.

Once again – thankyou for visiting the site, and I hope you enjoy our website.

We Love Oprah!
